JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
TWK Agri is urgently seeking for the qualified and skilled Team Leader to start working ASAP.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must have Matric / Grade 12
- Must have A+ and N+ Certifications
- Must have Valid Code B driver’s license and passport
Duties:
- To lead and manage the IT Support Technician and Helpdesk teams, including scheduling, performance management, and mentoring
- To prioritize and coordinate team workload for efficient resource use
- To oversee and ensure timely resolution of technical issues, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met
- To troubleshoot complex technical issues and develop a knowledge base of common problems and solutions
- To communicate with upper management and other departments to report on team performance and improvements
Required Competencies:
- Must have minimum of 2 years’ IT support experience
- Must have strong troubleshooting skills in Windows, printers, networks, and hardware/software
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Must be goal-oriented and driven to deliver results
