JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

Food Lover’s Market is urgently seeking for the qualified and skilled Baker to start working ASAP.

Minimum Requirements:

Duties:

To follow the recipes using all the correct quantities of ingredients as well as creating new recipe templates for all new products before the products are made.
To follow a production schedule with all products stocked by the bakery. Having energy to produce products from an early hour.
To take accurate stock take on a weekly basis.
To tell the bakery manager when an ingredient is almost out of stock and order from the correct supplier
To assist in the preparation of various baked goods
To operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters under supervision.
To maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
