JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Our client is urgently looking for the qualified Creditors Clerk to start working ASAP. TWK Agri requires the services of reputable Creditors Clerk. You may apply before deadline in case you are interested and have required qualifications as short-listed below.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;
- Must have Matric / Grade 12 with Mathematics and Accounting as subjects
- Must have relevant experience (advantageous)
- Must be computer literate
- Must be honest and reliable
- Must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to interact with people
- Must have ability to comply with deadlines
- Must have ability to work under pressure
- Goal driven
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
The applicant must have the following skills and competences
- Must have minimum of 3 – 5 years’ experience in compliance and risk management within the financial services industry (Cat I FSP)
- Must have relevant knowledge of FAIS, FICA, POPIA, FSRA, CoFI, FSCA directives
- Must have experience with compliance tools, risk registers, and reporting frameworks
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Familiarity with compliance management software (advantageous)
- Must have analytical and problem-solving ability
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Must have ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Must have valid driver’s license
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:
- To processing Invoices
- Filing
- To do reconciliations
- To follow up with suppliers and branches
- To process payments
- To do general office duties
