JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
We are urgently looking for the qualified Office Reception to start working ASAP.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;
- Must have Grade 12 Senior Certificate
- Must be fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English
- Must have minimum 2 years’ experience in recruitment or office administration.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
The applicant must have the following skills and competences
- Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Professional, approachable, and self-motivated
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic office systems.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:
- To welcome and assist visitors, clients, and candidates professionally
- To answer, screen, and redirect calls
- To maintain a tidy and organised reception area
- Manage deliveries
- To provide general support to staff and management
- Maintain filing systems and office records
- Prepare documents and support general office operations
- Assist with posting job vacancies on appropriate platforms
- Screen CVs and shortlist candidates
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Conduct reference checks and follow up with applicants
- To maintain accurate recruitment records and reports
- To support onboarding of new hires.
