JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
We are urgently looking for the qualified Broker to start working ASAP.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;
- Matric / Grade 12
- Relevant degree / qualification
- Strong proven sales experience.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
The applicant must have the following skills and competences
- Knowledge of medical insurance / medical aid products
- Excellent communication skills, especially in simplifying complex benefits
- High customer service orientation and strong administration skills.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:
- Sell and promote medical insurance and medical aid solutions
- To conduct needs assessments and guide clients through benefit options
- To handle new applications, upgrades, and member support
- Drive new business acquisition and meet monthly sales targets
- To assist with claims queries and liaise with providers
- To manage relationships with agricultural and rural clients
- Stay updated on healthcare legislation and product changes.
