JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
We are urgently looking for the qualified Ward Hostess Supervisor to start working ASAP.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;
- Must have Grade 12 Senior Certificate
- Must have working experience in Hospitality environment
- Must have customer Service experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the same role
- Must have Dietary knowledge.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
The applicant must have the following skills and competences
- Knowledge of basic mathematics
- Good analytical skills
- Management Skills
- Communication Skills
- Computer literate.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:
- To oversee smooth operation of service production
- To maintain consistency for all menu items
- To assist with monitoring inventory and communicating needs to the catering manager.
