JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
We are urgently looking for the qualified Dispatch Supervisor to start working ASAP.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;
- Must have Grade 12 or NQF Level 4 Equivalent.
- Must have strong mathematical literacy
- Must have forklift license and experience
- Must have Code 14 driver’s license with PDP and experience as a truck driver.
- Must have experience in a supervisory role will be advantageous
- Must have strong leadership and organizational qualities
- Must have attention to detail and a willingness to grow
- Experience working in a dispatch/logistics department.
- Must have ability to lift and move 25kg.
- To be available to work overtime and be flexible.
- Must have good time management

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:
- To relay instructions to truck drivers and dispatch staff members.
- To supervise truck drivers and dispatch staff members.
- Supervising the accurate loading of trucks and monitoring the related paperwork.
- To monitoring stock and participating in stock counts.
- To assist all members of the department to reach perform their duties well.
- Standing in for any member of the department if the need occurs.
