Careers24 is urgently seeking for the qualified and skilled Security Operations Manager to start working ASAP.

Minimum Requirements:

Duties:

To oversee and manage daily security operations across multiple sites, ensuring seamless execution
To enforce company policies and ensure that all security personnel adhere to their assigned roles and responsibilities
To maintain a professional corporate image by ensuring all security staff are properly dressed, well-groomed, and presentable at all times
To conduct regular site inspections to assess security standards and address any issues promptly
To build and maintain strong client relationships by ensuring consistently high levels of customer satisfaction
To manage and optimize staff scheduling, rostering, and resource allocation
To monitor security procedures and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality

Required Competencies:

Must have 5+ years of experience in a Security Operations Manager role within the guarding industry – essential
Must have strong leadership and conflict resolution
Must have own reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license, non-negotiable
Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach
Must have ability to multitask, manage high-pressure situations, and enforce discipline effectively
Must have strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Must have high level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability
