JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Our client is urgently looking for the qualified Workshop Foreman to start working ASAP. TWK Agri requires the services of reputable Workshop Foreman. You may apply before deadline in case you are interested and have required qualifications as short-listed below.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;
- Matric / Grade 12
- Must be Qualified Diesel Mechanic (Red Seal)
- Must have experience as a Workshop Foreman
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
The applicant must have the following skills and competences
- Must have knowledge of New Holland tractors (advantageous)
- Production orientated
- Must have valid driver’s license (Code 08)
- Must have ability to comply with deadlines
- Must have ability to work under pressure
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills
- Must have excellent communication skills
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:
- To check the quality of work done
- To check the quality of completed work
- To oversee admin duties
- Service delivery to Customers
- Ensure client satisfaction
- To oversee workmanship of artisans and/or technicians
- To handling of warranty claims
- To allocating daily duties to artisans and/or technicians
- To maintain good relationships with assessors and clients
